2 cups sugar
2 sticks room temperature butter
2 tsp vanilla
15 oz ricotta cheese
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
cream together eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and cheese
mix dry ingredients together
add dry mixture slowly to liquids
bake at 350 fir 10 to 15 minutes until brown on bottom
Ice with cream cheese frosting.
